A beautiful, bright, pale color with green and golden
highlights.
An intense and expressive nose driven by a bouquet
of white flowers : honeysuckle and jasmine, lifted
by the vibrant freshness of bergamot and a hint of
orange peel.
The palate is generous and energetic, shaped by a
crisp freshness linked to the high-altitude terroirs,
revealing a marked minerality. Acid-tinged fruits
come through fully, with notes of grapefruit, crunchy
citrus and a touch of soft spice. The finish is long and
tense, with a lingering sensation of freshness.
Ideal to pair with lightly seared prawns enhanced
with a squeeze of lime, ricotta–lemon ravioli drizzled
with olive oil, or a selection of fresh cheeses.
