The best parcels of our single-estate Chardonnay were selected by our Head Winemaker and handpicked.
With good yields and excellent sugar levels, 2020 proved to be an excellent
vintage year in the vineyard.
A pale golden primrose in the glass, with ripe orchard fruit and honeyed apricot aromas. Rich and bright, layers of apple tarte tatin and warm peaches are balanced by a crisp freshness, with streaks of sweet spice. A luxuriously fine mousse is met with a streak of tantalising acidity, creating a complexity that lingers long on the finish.
